Freshwater Rescue Plan – published July 2017

The seven-step plan – jointly announced by leaders from organisations with over half a million members combined – is an "unprecedented" attempt to reverse freshwater degradation. It urges stopping public funding of irrigation schemes, reducing cow numbers, and stricter enforcement of environmental breaches, and forcing polluters to pay for their environmental damage.
